They charge $50 and I am hoping for some feedback from couples who have used the website or know of a reliable agency that would be helpful in wedding planning. Personally I have never used this service. I would call or e-mail the agency and ask them for some references as well as testimonials. This shouldn’t be difficult for them to provide.

Better to go with your local travel agencies – most of them are totally involved in destination weddings, or can give personal recommendations. Keep it local, so if there is a problem, you have someone on hand to deal with things for you.
